A seamless experience, from order to delivery

01 — ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Runyaro® is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected returns.

04 — EXCHANGES

f you would like to exchange your item, please include the details of the product you wish to receive in your request.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

05 — STORE CREDIT

Approved returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

06 — DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Standard delivery is estimated between 3–7 business days from the date of purchase.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

08 — DELIVERY NOTE

Every Runyaro® piece is handled with intention and care from the moment your order is placed.

For security purposes, all deliveries require a confirmed physical address and may require a signature upon arrival.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes to ensure your order arrives safely and securely.

If you have any special delivery requests, our team is here to assist you.

01 — ORDER & TRACKING

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

 


If you are unable to locate your tracking information, please contact us at runyaro@runyaro.com
with your order number so our team can assist you promptly.


02 — DELIVERY SUPPORT

If you experience any issues with your order's delivery, our customer care team is here to assist.

 


In the event of any defects or concerns, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order at runyaro@runyaro.com

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work promptly to resolve any issues.


03 —  DELIVERY  TIMEFRAME

 

Standard delivery is estimated between 3–7 business days from the date your order is placed.
Most orders arrive within 3–4 business days, depending on location.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Overnight shipping is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM (Central Time), with delivery the following business day.
This option is not available for Hawaii or Alaska.



04 — RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY
 

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only, unless the item is deemed faulty by Runyaro®.

To be eligible for a return:


      The item must be unused
      Tags must remain attached
      The item must be in its original packaging

Once your return is received, it will be carefully inspected and processed accordingly.



05 — RETURN SHIPPING
 

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of the return label and return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Runyaro® is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected returns.
