Check your email for a shipping confirmation from Runyaro, which should contain your tracking number. Click on the tracking number link provided in the email to go to the carrier's website and track your package. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email or cannot find your tracking number, contact Runyaro by email at runyaro@runyaro.com to request the information. Provide your order number and any other relevant details to help Runyaro locate your package and provide you with an update on its delivery status. If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, contact Runyaro customer service for assistance.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.Item(s) can be returned for store credit or exchange only. Unless there is fault by Runyaro. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. The complete cost of the label and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
Once your returned item has been received and approved by our Quality Control team, you will receive your store credit via email for the original purchase amount.If you requested an exchange, your replacement item will be shipped within 24–48 hours after your return has been approved, subject to product availability and in accordance with our shipping policy.
Runyaro offers complimentary standard ground shipping on all orders placed through Runyaro.com.If you require expedited shipping, including overnight delivery, additional shipping charges will apply. Expedited shipping rates vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.Please ensure that your shipping address and selected shipping method are accurate before completing your purchase. Runyaro is not responsible for additional shipping charges or delivery delays resulting from incorrect shipping information, missed deliveries, or delayed package pickup.
Runyaro ships throughout the United States and to select international destinations.If you would like to place an order for delivery outside of the United States, please contact us at runyaro@runyaro.com during the ordering process so we can assist you with your international shipment.Please note that P.O. Box addresses are not accepted for order deliveries.
Standard ground shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days from the date your order is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen shipping delays.Overnight shipping is available for orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Central Time and will arrive the following business day. Please note that overnight shipping is not available for delivery addresses in Hawaii or Alaska.
Yes. A signature is required upon delivery of your Runyaro order to help ensure your package is delivered securely.Once the shipping carrier confirms delivery, ownership and responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Runyaro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.If the shipping carrier requires contactless delivery or follows other special delivery procedures, those procedures will be determined by the carrier at the time of delivery.
Yes. If you would like your order delivered to a hotel during your stay, please first confirm that the hotel accepts packages on behalf of guests.When placing your order, include the hotel name, full address, and the dates of your stay in the Comments section at checkout. Our Customer Service team will make every effort to arrange delivery within your requested timeframe.If we anticipate any issues with your shipment, we will contact you as soon as possible.
