Return/ Signature Required Upon Delivery

To return or exchange an item ordered via runyaro.com, follow these steps:

 

1. Ensure that the item is in its original condition, with tags attached to the product and packaging, and that it is within 7 days from the delivery date. The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt.

2. Contact Runyaro by email at runyaro@runyaro.com to request a return or exchange.

​

3. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product. Obtain proof of posting and delivery by using a registered carrier of your choice. Runyaro is not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, misdirected or delivered late.

​

4. If you want to exchange the item for another product, make sure to include the details of the product you want to exchange it for in your email.

​

5. Products may also be returned for a store credit at the shipping address given upon request within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

​

Runyaro's customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET, Thursday, from

9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET, Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET. Depending on the circumstances after hours contact       may occur.

If you are on a business trip. Can we deliver to your hotel?


It's important to note that if you are on a business trip, you should first confirm with the hotel if they accept deliveries on 

behalf of guests. If they do, you can provide the name and address of your hotel, as well as the dates you will be staying there, in the "comments" area when placing your order on Runyaro.com. This will allow the Customer Service team to arrange for delivery within the specified time frame. If there are any issues with the delivery, they will notify you in advance.

Could you deliver to a PO box?


Unfortunately, Runyaro.com does not deliver to PO box addresses. This is primarily due to security reasons, as packages delivered to PO boxes may not be as secure as those delivered to physical addresses. Therefore, it is recommended that you provide a physical delivery address when placing your order.

Check your email for a shipping confirmation from Runyaro, which should contain your tracking number.

Click on the tracking number link provided in the email to go to the carrier's website and track your package.

​

If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email or cannot find your tracking number, contact Runyaro by email at runyaro@runyaro.com to request the information.

​

Provide your order number and any other relevant details to help Runyaro locate your package and provide you with an update on its delivery status.

​

If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, contact Runyaro customer service for assistance.​

​

In the event of any defects or concerns, please email us at runyaro@runyaro.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.       Your happiness is our priority and we will work promptly to resolve any issues and get you a new replacement. 

​

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Item(s) can be returned for store credit or exchange only. Unless there is fault by Runyaro. 

​

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. The complete cost of the label and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, tags still attached, and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have   received your returned item. 

​

How long will delivery take?
Regarding delivery timeframes for Runyaro, the information on their website is as follows: For standard ground shipping, delivery time is estimated to be between 3 to 7 business days from the date of your order. This timeframe may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

 

Overnight delivery is available for orders placed before 2 p.m. Central Time, and delivery will be made the following business day. This option is not available for addresses in Hawaii and Alaska.

If our quality control team has approved the returned stock, you will be emailed a store credit in the amount of your                 purchase.  Exchange orders will ship within 24-48 hours of the original item being received back, depending on stock   availability and according to our shipping policy.

How much is the delivery?


Enjoy complimentary ground shipping on all orders.

 

Delivery is free of charge for all orders placed through Runyaro.com, and standard ground shipping is the only option available. However, if you require expedited shipping, such as overnight delivery, additional charges may apply. The cost for expedited shipping will vary depending on your location and the shipping service you select during the checkout process.

   

Please note that Runyaro is not responsible for any additional shipping charges due to missed or delayed pick-up, so make sure to select the correct shipping option and provide accurate shipping information when placing your order.

Where does Runyaro deliver?
Runyaro provides
delivery services for items purchased through our website within the United States, as well as select other countries, which are listed on the following page. We also offer delivery to addresses outside of the United States. To learn more about our international shipping options, please click here.

If you are placing an order with a delivery address outside of the United States, kindly contact us at runyaro@runyaro.com       during the ordering process. Please note that Runyaro.com cannot process orders that specify a post office box as the 

delivery address.

Is a signature required for delivery of my order?


Yes, a signature is required upon receipt of your package from Runyaro. However, due to COVID-19, the shipping provider (FedEx) has implemented contactless delivery measures. When your package arrives, the driver will confirm the recipient's first initial and last name and enter "C-19" in place of the signature to maintain social distancing and minimize contact.

​

It's important to note that while the shipping provider is responsible for the customer-owned property while it's in transit, once delivery confirmation is provided, the transfer of property is complete, and the buyer assumes responsibility for the property.
